We’ve divided France into three delivery zones, aligning with our service availability:

  • Orders over €50 Free delivery.
  • Orders under €50 €6.50 delivery charge.

  • Free Standard Delivery:
  • Orders placed before 12h00 may be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12h00 will be delivered the next day.


  • Fatafat NOW (Paid €12.00):
  • Instant 2-hour delivery available for Paris 75.
  • To use this service, orders must be placed before 17h00.

Shipping method

We use UPS to deliver your orders to the nearest UPS pick-up point that you select during checkout.


  • Shipping Note: Due to the 20 kg weight limit (including packaging) per parcel, products weighing 20 kg or more cannot be shipped. However, we offer the same product in 10 kg packs in most cases.
  • Delivery Times: Orders typically arrive within 72 working hours after dispatch. To ensure fresh vegetables, we avoid weekend transactions.
  • Delivery Day: Approximately 3 days


Pickup Point (UPS):

  • Orders over €55: Free for parcels up to 19 kg each.
  • Orders under €55: €9.95 per parcel (19 kg max).
  • Orders exceeding 19 kg: Charged in multiples of 19 kg.


UPS Home Delivery:

For orders above €55:

  • €9.95: Up to 10 kg
  • €12.95: 10 - 20 kg


For orders under €55:

  • €14.95: Up to 10 kg
  • €17.95: 10 - 20 kg


To ensure fresh vegetables, we avoid processing orders over the weekend.


Table will display you approximate delivery time to your nearest pick point.

Generally, you will receive your goods within 24 working hours after dispatch day.


Track and Trace

  • Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the provided tracking number while it is in transit. Should any issues arise, customers are encouraged to contact the transporter’s customer service or reach out to us at fatafat.fr.
  • Please note, fatafat.fr is not liable if the customer fails to check the tracking information or collect the parcel from the designated pick-up point in time. In such cases, refund claims will not be accepted.


For customers using the Pick-Up Point delivery system:

  • General items must be collected within 7 days.
  • Perishable items must be collected within 24 hours. If not collected within 24 hours after delivery at the pick-up point, we cannot offer refunds for spoiled perishable items.

  • To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure you are available to receive your order at the scheduled time.

Common Reasons for Delivery Failures:

  • Incorrect phone number or delivery address provided.
  • Mistakes in the delivery address.
  • The delivery address is not reasonably accessible.
  • The delivery location cannot be safely accessed.
  • No secure or easy place to leave the products, and no person available to receive the order.
  • The recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, especially if a signature is required.


Please note: Re-delivery will incur additional charges in the above cases.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. A shipment confirmation will be sent to you via email from [email protected] once your order is dispatched.


The Fatafat team reserves the right to accept or reject any order. If an order is cancelled or rejected, no disputes will be entertained. In the event of a rejection, payment will be refunded within 12 working hours. The amount may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.
